The room had character with Victorian fittings, comfortable bed, new carpet, freshly painted walls, and a great balcony. Loved the deep bath and old-world charm. Friendly staff who remembered me. Convenient location and relatively inexpensive.

I recently stayed at a charming little hotel that was a pleasant change from the usual international chains. The location was excellent, with easy access to trains and anywhere in Chatswood or surrounding suburbs. It was also very close to Chatswood shopping centre, which was convenient for shopping and dining. The room I stayed in was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided polite and helpful service, ensuring a pleasant stay.
It was unfortunate that the hotel only offered on-street parking, which made it difficult to find a spot during the day.

Bathroom facilities are a bit tired. Inconsistent availability of tissues and toilet paper during multiple stays.

The location was superb, being very close to a train station and shopping areas. The wifi connection was strong, convenient for me. The hotel also provided a kitchen if needed. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was a great value for money with competitive prices and attention to detail. The location was perfect, right in the midst of a very busy area and close to the railway station, making it convenient to get around the city. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable, with a nice little veranda that offered a beautiful tree-filled outlook. this hotel had good facilities and amenities, including air conditioning and a complimentary breakfast.
All was excellent; nothing to improve.
